With the vision of “Healthy Employees, Sustainable Workplace,” the company has launched the PLUS Health Strategy—an integrated approach to workplace health promotion. The program analyzes health check-up data to help prevent obesity, hypertension, hyperglycemia, and hyperlipidemia and combines a wide range of resources, including physical fitness plans, virtual sports events, expert-led seminars by dietitians and physicians, more than 70 employee sports clubs, and a digital health education platform. Together, these elements create a comprehensive ecosystem aimed at improving employee well-being.

Since its launch in 2022, the program has engaged over 4,000 participants in three years, resulting in a loss of 4,607 kilograms, a reduction in total body fat by 3,349%, and an improvement in average blood sugar levels by 10.1%. These outcomes reflect the company’s strong commitment to employee health and the tangible impact of its wellness initiatives.
